Greek Sweets Made of Chocolate, Walnuts and Biscuits
The students wrote down the recipe and a step by step guide on how to make these lovely chocolate goodies.
Every week we will cook and create our own recipe book that will be available for students and staff to buy. Our proceeds will benefit the trip we will take at the end of the year to a Greek Restaurant to taste authentic Greek Cuisine.

Week 2:
Tzatsiki
It was awesome that new students joined our club, and everyone is welcome any time! The kids did not mind the overwhelming smell of garlic that filled our classroom. On the contrary, they loved it and enjoyed dipping the tzatsiki sauce in traditional pita bread, yummy!

Tzatsiki Sauce
Fresh house made tzatsiki sauce was a delight to make this week. The scent of garlic and dill filled the room. We dipped it in pita bread and enjoyed once we finished.

Week 3
Baklava
This famous Greek pastry was one of a kind! The filo was carefully placed on layer after layer, buttering each layer in between, concocting a rich baklava tray that we all enjoyed. We even got to bring some home to our families:)

Week 4
Spanakopita
This savory pie was made with feta, spinach and love! The layered pie had cheese and spices in it's filling that made our mouths water. We also attempted to make SPANAKOPITAKIA, which turned out to be a hit:) We laughed so much trying to get the right triangle figure with the filling in the middle. We took pictures of the perfect ones......
